Early in December, I started my new project of “The Year of Writing Miraculously” where I’d write an eBook a month, every month of 2024.
I had thought I would write the books on topics you all ask me to and I am the best at, and it would help both of us.
But I overlooked an important point…
On how external and internal problems would inevitably arise.
For my eBook of January, I fell ill for 2 weeks of January, rendering myself unavailable to work.
For my eBook of February, where I’d write about dealing with heartbreak, I managed to be almost on time, but was not sure if I’d want to share my personal story of heartbreak as well…
As a result:
I’d plan almost every day to finish the book and ship it, but could not get myself to doing it.
I did not want to sound like a victim (because that’s not who I am).
There was greater self doubt, the more I waited.
What a vicious cycle!
Finally, I thought that if I come from a place of my authenticity and share my story, it will only help people look at their own stories with a relatable lens.
So I created the eBook of How To Deal With Heartbreak sharing raw and relatable ways of dealing with it, and decided to close the eBook with my personal story (read: foolishness)
If you devour on it (if you have gone through a heartbreak), most likely you will find an answer to a question you are looking for.
Some of the chapters include:
Should you still stay in touch?
How does heartbreak affect your work, and how to deal with it
What is the timeline to get over heartbreak?
My weird take on “We don’t move on from grief, we move forward with it”
What if you are not ready to move on?
If you are in a place where you (finally) want to give yourself the space to process your heartbreak and get back at peace with yourself like never before, then this is the book for you.
The conversations we have through 25 chapters of the book might be just what you need, to help you heal from the heartache.
I’ll see you on the other side.
