Without using your phone
Books, bruh. Read a good paperback book. If you don’t like it, drop it. It is better to *waste* the money you spent on that book versus give up the joy of reading books for the rest of your life.
Go to a park and walk without an earphone and even without scrolling. If you really want to have energy during the walk, eat a banana 10 minutes prior to the walk. If you are bored with yourself, speak to yourself. Works like a charm.
Clean your room/a part of it. For knowledge workers, the act of moving your body in *free time* is an antidepressant. You get your best ideas then.
Have a purpose of life. It might not be a massive one like becoming a YouTuber with 10 million followers, it might be just to show up for exercise 6 days of the week. There should be something you must be looking forward to, no matter how meaningless it appears for anyone else.
Give yourself a break bro. Zindagi mein har samay kuch-na-kuch karte rehna zaroori nahi hota. Stare out of your balcony. Sit at your desk with your laptop shut and just chill. Take 10 minutes to drink a glass of water.
Fun fact: When I walk, I burn 200Kcal in ~100 minutes of walk. When I sprint, I burn 200Kcal in less than 20 minutes of sprint. Get bored so you can sprint when you work.
